Elena Bignamini is a Managing Partner at Signium International in Italy.  Ms. Bignamini is a 1993 graduate of Cattolica University in Milan, Italy, where she earned a Masters Degree in Foreign Languages and Literature. She also obtained a second Masters Degree in Human Resource Selection, Evaluation and Development.

From 1995 to 1997, Ms. Bignamini served as Operations Manager for Universa scarl, Consorzio Tecnoalliance, which provided recruiting and outsourcing to mid- and large-sized companies specializing in the banking, insurance, production, and finance industries.  In 1997, she joined Kelly Services as Senior Recruiter where she executed the recruitment, selection and placement of temporary staff. She was promoted to Operations Manager two years later, and was responsible for spearheading the “Kelly Select” business unit, which consisted of managing and organizing the permanent recruitment and placement process of employees for twelve agencies in Italy, and leading an internal team of four employees.

In 2001, Ms. Bignamini joined Signium International and was later appointed Partner. Since her tenure at Neusearch, she has been involved in international senior executive search work for a variety of sectors including: Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Finance, and Professional Services (legal and consulting) and most recently in 2008, appointed to head of Lifestyle.
