Federico joined Signium International as Associate Principal. Before joining Singnium he was Division Manager in Robert Half Finance & Accounting, where he managed a team of 4 consultants and organized the promotional activities for the acquisition of new customers, with responsibilities in terms of budgeting and profitability of the division.

Before that he worked in Gofluent as Key Account Manager, managing key accounts of banking, manufacturing and electronic targets and the Italian and foreign business development. Even before that he worked in Ajilon Solutions (Adecco), where he coordinated some projects of outsourcing and commercial networks.

Federico has a Master’s degree in Management Studies from Aberdeen University (UK) and he speaks English and Spanish fluently.
