Ignacio, Chairman of Signium International and Managing Partner of Italy, has more than 21 years of experience in the Consultancy, Industry and Leadership Services sectors. In 2005 he was elected Chairman of the international board of directors of Signium International, position which he has held since then.  Prior to founding the offices of Signium International in Spain and Portugal, Ignacio spent 8 years with two major multinational Executive Search firms, H. Neumann International and more recently Heidrick & Struggles, where he held the position of Senior Partner during his last 5 years, managing the Professional Services Practice for Europe and Latin America. Formerly he worked as Division General Manager for an Industrial public company and he began his career with Arthur Andersen.

Ignacio has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from the Vigo University.  He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
